About Steve Martinez


Professional, dedicated to accomplishing client goals, effective, organized and knowledgeable are the words most often used to describe Steve Martinez by those who have known and worked with him. Steve’s energetic and dedicated approach to the real estate profession has established him as a formidable force in the local Northeast Florida market area. His enthusiasm for assisting clients with their real estate goals and his action oriented approach to solutions are the cornerstone of his success. 



As a real estate professional, Steve has completed countless hours of advanced studies in marketing, sales, oceanfront property requirements, real-estate procedures and real estate law. He is a proven professional and dedicated to his profession.



Prior to entering the real estate profession, Steve was the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Stephens Associates, Ltd., Inc. a national retainer based Executive Search firm (1987) based in Columbus, Ohio. 



Prior experience included 13 years with the Xerox Corporation as an executive with operational responsibility in sales, marketing and product/program management. He has had extensive line and staff management experience. Additionally, Steve was the Chief Marketing Officer, of a public environmental services company and Partner with a national retainer based executive search firm.



Having personally invested, over the last 30 years, in oceanfront residential real estate; owned over 10 waterfront properties and developed several commercial investment properties in Ohio, South Carolina and New York, his area of specialty is ocean, waterfront and marsh properties with concentration in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. Steve has achieved top sales producer status for a national real estate firm in the Charleston & Beaufort, SC area and since 2009 has specialized in Ponte Vedra Beach residential & investment properties where he is consistently a Top Producer with Ponte Vedra Club Realty.  Steve is also a member of the Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate.  



Steve and his wife Jeanne have made their permanent residence in Ponte Vedra Beach.
